Default EZGO - No go

New to the golf cart world. I have a ezgo that I just replaced all 6 batteries and it won't go. Back up beeper sounds when I put it in reverse. I found this wire broke on the charging receptacle when I replaced the batteries but not sure where it connects.

that is your kill switch so cart does not move when plunged in
it goes to the #2 micro switch on the f/r switch
replace ut and you are good to go

Replace the wiring or the micro switch?

Sometimes the wire shown is cut and rerouted as a repair for a reed switch that burns up. In that case there will be a replacement wire from the micro switch on the drivers side of the F&R to the main battery (+)

So look at that first

Shown below is the reed switch in the charge receptacle and another alternate fix you may sometimes see.

I agree with crash, of course we need to see both ends of the wire in question to really know the answer

Black and white wire going positive and negative on these 2 batteries. There was a broken red wire I traced to lights . I'll fix that after I get running. Where is the micro switch located
