2010 E-Z-GO RXV... Charge meter problems
2010 E-Z-GO RXV 48volt
couple month old U.S. 12volt batteries New State of charge meter You can drive the cart around for a while and the charge meter will go down to slightly above E. I've changed meters and still the same issue. Tested batteries and tested great still. Checked cable connections and water level. With the SOC meter on E the batteries were sitting at 11.9volts each, which should be around 50% charge. Is it the batteries? The cart still has full power as it does with a full charge. Any insight would be great. Thanks. |

Re: 2010 E-Z-GO RXV... Charge meter problems
Well, we know its not the meter, its new & acts same as old one. Sounds like normal operation of cart, & not so great batteries. You did not say, whats the range (or discharge time) it took to get the batteries to that state. The rxv energy meter is weighted, meaning E = 20% soc, not 0% soc. Rxv shuts down at 20% soc.
