Default 2010 RXV charging issues

I'm getting a single red blink on my quiq charger. From what I've read the troubleshooting steps are as follows:

"Fault: poor contact in the DC connector or dirty
contacts or Battery Temperature Fault: battery
temperature is greater than 122° F (50° C) or less
than 14° F (-10° C)."

I've undone all battery connections and clean them with a brush and then baking soda & water. No change.

Its done this before and I cleaned the battery connections. I've only been using the cart on a regular basis for a month. Cart currently runs fine.

Any suggestions on where to go from here?

The Charger is a pile of junk if its the black or silver one. But the red light should blink a code between 1-6. Need that code

Bad connection at the connection point itself? Try a shot of WD-40 in the connection to which plugging and unplugging firmly half a dozen times to see if there is an improvement...

Whoops likely a redundant post... I see now that this is a hard wired charger...

What is the voltage per cell? (Pack voltage divided by number of cells)

This was working before and just started giving the fault suddenly?

is there a battery life saver or something similar connected to the batteries?

This may not apply, but you charger looks the same as mine.

LED operation codes are;

Short Green Flash = Less than 80% charged
Long Green Flash = More than 80% charged
Steady Green = 100% charged

Red Flash: Light turns on briefly, but does not flash after that - check for valid AC voltage at the charge cord.

One Red Flash: One flash, a pause and then another flash and a pause - Battery Temperature Fault: Battery temperature is out of range. Greater than 122F or less than 14F

Two Red Flashes: Two flashes, a pause and then another two flashes and a pause - Battery Voltage Fault: Battery pack is greater than 67.2 volts or less than 36.0 volts.

Three Red Flashes: Three flashes, a pause and then another three flashes and a pause - Battery Charge Time-out: Charge Time Exceeded. This indicates a problem with the battery pack, or the charger output current was severely reduced due to high ambient temperatures.

Four Red Flashes: Four flashes, a pause and then another four flashes and a pause - Battery Fault: Charge time exceeded (16 hours) with battery voltage still below nominal voltage. This indicates an issue with the battery pack not charging within the maximum time allowed.

Five Red Flashes: Five flashes, a pause and then another five flashes and a pause - Internal Overtemperature Shutdown of the charger.

Six Red Flashes: Six flashes, a pause and then another six flashes and a pause - Charger Fault: If this fault repeats after unplugging and replugging the charger, the charger needs service or repair.

I'll check voltage.

The issue comes up occasionally. The last time I cleaned all the battery connections and it worked again.

No battery saver etc
