Default 95 medalist with new alltrax controller problem

I bought a new sr48400 for my golf cart. I am getting the error of 2 green and 3 red lights on the controller which means "high throttle over range". Does anyone have any suggestions?

Test the throttle signal
It should be 10v with the pedal up and 6v with the pedal down.
This may be why the cart did not run before.

With the cart safely on blocks.
Simply probe the throttle leads and turn the cart on, in gear, operate the pedal to see readings.

If it is not in that range? What are the next steps?

Look for a wire connector in the battery compartment. It is a white four wire plug that runs from the throttle to the controller. That connection can be bad. I just added that that same controller to my cart and it gave that same error. I just cut the connection out and spliced the wires together and all is fine
