Re: Solenoid clicks won't move
Running battery voltage down low creates excessive amperage draw which makes heat and electronics don't do well in these situations.
1. The pack is charged 38+ volts and that reading does not drop more than 2v when you press the gas to go (key on and in gear) Correct? 2. The solenoid clicks when you try to go. 3. You have 38v between controller B+ and B- when the solenoid clicks. 4. You have 38v between M- and B- when the solenoid just clicks and this reading goes down AS you press the gas pedal. |

Re: Solenoid clicks won't move
Between B+ B- I have37.5 volts so seems there is a voltage drop there? Push pedal to floor it drops to .016 volt let go of pedal it slowly returns to 37.5. Between M- B- it also shows 37.5 push pedal as soon as solenoid clicks it goes around 14v and slowly decreases to 0 as I push pedal to floor

Re: Solenoid clicks won't move
I think you have a bad F&R switch. Replace it with a truly HD switch like the EZ575.
