It's really hard to say with all that asphalt on everything. I was hoping to see color difference in the burnt and not burnt F&R terminals but, that aint going to happen with this McNasty cart.
Remove the F&R center nut (9/16) and 2 top 7/16 mounting bolts, pull the center shaft & switch cam out. The cam and housing probably looks like the pics below

Ahh man I knew I shouldnt have posted a dirty pic. LOl Ill get it cleaned up and pull the F&R switch to see if its burned up. My wife said "I guess its a yard ornament now!"

Put it back together and run the tension nut all the way down. You should feel some resistance when you shift.

I tightened the nut, still nothing, shouldnt i have 36+ volts on the front side of the solenoid and when i push the throttle i get 36 on the other side? it is only getting 7-9 volts when pushed and one time it started to climb and got to 18 and started to move,but then went back to only 7-9 volts HELP?? lol

Woo Hoo , It was the solenoid, went to the local cart place and picked up a stock replacement, 29$ and were back in business! Now to clean it up and get my upgrades from ScottyB. Thanks guys for all your textboard troubleshooting.
