Default 98 electric TXT wiring questions

So I'm getting ready to install a new Alltrax SR controller and cleaning up wires beforehand. When I took the wires out of the loom going to the controller 4-5 pin connector, I started noticing that some wires weren't connected to anything.

Going to the small negative solenoid stud, I had 1 black wire connected to the battery neg(-), 1 black wire capped off going nowhere, and 1 blue wire capped off going nowhere. Using the wiring diagram attached, it looks like the blue wire is attached to the key switch but that doesn't make sense as the cart ran like this. I thought the key had to be on for the cart to move as well but I could be wrong on that.

Any ideas where these wires are supposed to go?

The capped off black wire probably used to go to the reverse beeper.

If there is a blue wire on the same small stud, it is probably something a previous owner added.

---------------
When wired correctly, to get the solenoid to click, you have to have Froward or Reverse selected, the keyswitch on and the pedal pushed. If the solenoid will click without those three conditions met, the cart is not wired correctly.

Awesome thanks. I was beginning to think all wires were accounted for and these were extras but glad to hear the same opinion as there is another wire for the reverse beeper.
