99 medalist reverse not working

Hey guys,
I just ran into a problem on my 99 medalist. Just put new 4 guage wiring and new batteries. Ran all the wires correctly. There is a clicking going on when i put it in reverse. Reverse will not work.

Hello- you have either a Medalist made from 1994 - 1995 or you have a 1999 TXT. In either case, 2 very different drive systems were produced (series & DCS). You need to ID the drive system before we can help - see below.

A clicking but no go? Sounds like the solenoid may be picking up and dropping out rapidly. This is common when voltage is too low to maintain the solenoids magnetic coil energizing.

Can you post some pics of the install. It's very curious you have this problem in one direction only.

Couldnt upload the video of it clicking but those pictures give you some pictures of the situation I have right now. I have the body off so its just bare.

That's good, can we get a pic of the wires going into the big plug on the controller so we can see what color wire goes to what pin ?
