Default Rxv problems

I just got this rxv with no batts. in it although I had some with me when I went to go check it out. installed batts all seemed good took it home. I also don't have a charger yet so I have to unhook the series everytime and install four 12volt chargers to charge all was well til after a couple of weeks one day I jumped in turned the key had the norm. loud beep then I could hear static faintly coming from speaker in both forward and rev poss. not in park or N poss.. ( I own and operate a auto repair shop if it were a car id say its got a bad ground) checked all grounds I could find and batt connections ok batt voltage above 50volts. ok when turn key on power is going through solenoid I checked that,i can feel what seems like motor disengaging with the what I think is normal clunk noise no matter what u do that's all I get. I put it in tow mode pushes super easy so I got frustrated put it away a couple daays later I was ready to figure out problem turn key on get loud beep and now no static noise push pedal and it takes off drove it on and off three weeks all good parked it in shop 15 mins. later jump on it to take it for a spin and same thing. I don't have a scanner for this thing but theres got to be another way either with a dvom or someway. maybe just pinpoint test somebody please help. also not sure on year where do I find that?

Year? Get serial number (on steering column, or sticker above driver front tire), plug number in at shop ezgo.com. No need to disconnect battery cables to charge individual batteries, and better for the electrical system if you don't unhook & re-hook it all the time. Funny buzzing sound after startup sounds like a pedal did not return all the way up. With the cart pointed in a safe direction, turn the key on while the gas pedal is slightly pressed, if you get the same sound, a pedal did not return all the way to rest position.

Disconnecting and reconnecting the batteries without safing the controller each time can result in corrupted memory or worst damage to an RXV controller. The Danaher (2008 to Feb 23 2012) controllers are more sensitive to this than the Curtis (post Feb 23 2012) controllers.
