EZGO Refurbished Carts

Hello Y'all, I'm a new kid on the block here. Looking at purchasing a 2013 EZGO TXT series cart recently refurbished by EZGO.

Anyone here have any experience with this EZGO Refurbished process???
I'm having trouble finding exactly what is done in this process.

I bought a cart in Houston that was supposedly "Factory Refurbished" but like you, I was unable to find any info from Ezgo on a refurbished line. Mine has lots of Madjax parts so I think the dealer rebuilt mine. This includes the seats, bed, and the voltage reducer. It's a txt with an S4 body. If it's a good price, you will be ok. If you are like most on the forum, you will start replacing and upgrading your controller, motor, wires, etc before long.

On a sparky cart refurbished (to me) means all new batteries, cables, brakes, and bearings. A fresh body would complete the package.

That's pretty much what the sales said about the EXGO Refurbished unit that she wants to sell me. I was just trying to verify this by other means then what she said...

There are outfits that pressure wash them and hang for sale signs on 'em calling THAT refurbished too. Close inspection can tell the difference.
