1986 Marathon EZ-GO 3 wheel 48V conversion

New member here. I bought 1986 Marathon Electric for $100. I have eight NEW 6 volt Trojan t-125 batteries. Obviously an old cart...looking for parts list of what I should get to convert to 48V. Do I have to get a controller ect...Cart is currently being sand blasted and I plan on adding lift kit and then eventually bigger tires 4 awg cables. Not sure how to lift front end but I figure ill just chop and add 4-6" tubing...not finding much info on that. Ready set Parts list GO...

3 wheelers are bad to lift due to a higher center of gravity- they already are unstable....notice how atv`s are all 4 wheelers?
scottyb`s site cartsunlimited will have the kits to do the swap!

We have a new solid state conversion kit for the Ezgo Marathon. You will need to upgrade the drive system to modern electronics to handle the bigger tires and added weight.
