Getting Ready To Remove RXV Motor
I'm starting my rear end swap project and just pulled the rear seat off. Now its time to do something with the motor and I have a couple of questions.
1. How heavy is the motor? 2.Is there any problem with unbolting the motor, leaving all the wires attached and setting it in the floor of the bagwell ? |

Re: Getting Ready To Remove RXV Motor
The motor is quite heavy.
I use 2 straps as chokers around the motor to lift it. (like 2 noose). There is enough slack in the wires to just set it in the Bagwell, and that's what I do as a time saver over totally unhook in it. |

Re: Getting Ready To Remove RXV Motor
I was worried once I pulled the motor off the splines its going to be Waaaay more heavy than it looks. I can see your strap idea as being helpful. Thanks!
