'13 Manu. Refurbished TXT with lights.

We have the '13 EZGO Factory refurbished TXT (48 volt) with driving lights. I would like to put a horn in place.

Should the cart have a 48 volt/12 volt reducer for the driving lights...???

It should have a reducer. (or the lights are running on two batteries which isn't good)
