Default I am LOSING IT!!! Help!

Can NOT for the life of me figure out what is going on with this cart.

I keep getting these intermittent shut downs - everything engages but motor at these times.

Solenoid clicks - FNR working - Alltrax 400 giving 4 green blips - NO MOVEMENT

I'll jiggle some wires - or simply let it sit and when it 'feels like it' the cart will operate again - until it won't.

Tested controller while working (a bit pointless maybe) and the voltage does what it should. Haven't had a chance to test it when in operable as it of course works when I don't want it to. But when it's not working I still get the 4 green blips showing all good.

PLEASE - give me some ideas - I plan on rewiring the entire thing AGAIN in hopes of finding a loose wire, but am skeptical to that at this point as simply letting it sit at times will lead it to work again.

Can this controller be bad and continue to give the 4 green blinks?

Battery pack stays at a constant voltage during all of this.

It can happen at a moments notice and sometimes will go out and back on while driving on smooth ground.

The wire harness plug between the pedal box and the controller could be the source of this trouble.
Maybe you should go ahead and replace the plug with 4 butt connectors as others have done?

Will try anything - thanks for the advice.

Can you explain a bit more for me - do you mean the ITS at 'gas' pedal? Where do I locate the wire harness plug you are reffering to

Follow the grey cable from the pedal box under the floorboard and you'll find the in-line connector at the end of it where it joins the cart's wiring harness.

Solder them, using shrink tubing to cover the solder joint.

Never attempted to solder anything - will give it a shot.

THANK YOU ALL for your help here - I was beyond frustrated!!

Butt splices are fine you do not need to solder.
