Default Ezgo RXV

Help, on the positive post there is a black rectangle terminal with grey insulation, that had corroded and broke away,it runs back to charger port I stripped it back to put a new terminal on but there is a red and black wire inside? Do I just join and reconnect to positive post?

No, it is a temperature sensor that measures battery temperature for the potted circuitry inside of the charger port. You'll have to buy the entire assembly and replace it. The charger will not work properly without it.

Fullriver offers just the sensor to repair your problem without a whole new charge port. Your charge port was made for ezgo by Delta-Q, and Fullriver battery is a Delta-Q dealer (and great people to deal with).
