Voltmeter on an RXV?
I got a 48v voltmeter with 2 wires... Can I make it work on an RXV? I am skeered to mess with the key area wires.

Re: Voltmeter on an RXV?
Both of these meters are hooked directly to the batteries. Separate from the carts' electrical system and always on. The glare in the photo is not present in real life.

Re: Voltmeter on an RXV?
So just "always on" ?? guess I could put a toggle on it??? Would I need a toggle that handles 48v or just any toggle?

Re: Voltmeter on an RXV?
Most toggle switches are rated for 125 or 250 VAC. The voltmeter draws a tiny current, so there is no risk of internal arc-over when the contacts open. So yes, you can use pretty much any toggle or other switch type for that.

Used a $3 toggle and it works great.
