Yea I have found those codes,my pedal is coming back out of the potentimoter and my micro switch is making,I was having issues with the micro switch so I related it. Should the switch stay made then when you press the pedal it unmakes that switch?

More details please. Did it run yesterday, but not today? Did it come out of another cart? If it has ran recently, that would help us conclude if the currently loaded parameters should be valid.

Yes it ran yesterday, the micro switch under the floor rubber corroded a few months back I took it apart and cleaned it aND got a new one to replace it with next time it acted up,which was this morning. So I replaced the switch since then it is flashing red on the controller. The switch I got has 2 prongs instead of one that the green wire would hook up to.

The Pedal micro-switch needs to be a Normally Closed (N.C.) switch.

If You use a Normally Open switch, it will throw an HPD error as soon as the key switch is turned ON and the micro-switch will disengage when you press the Pedal.

The switch I got has both n.o.&n.c. I will check tomorrow to see if I got it right. Just so I'm sure when the pedal is pushed the switch activates and I will have the source going through the switch? And will the controller automatically reset or do I need to do something to reset it

The problem may be quite simple. You are using the wrong terminals on the 3 prong ms. Use the 2 that are normally open and close when you press the gas

Ok,now I feel like a complete D.A. that's all it was I swear I checked the 3 times yesterday. I guess sometimes you just need to walk away and start over.

Thanks for all the help guys!
