SR48500 controller troubleshooting
This past weekend my stock controller died. At least, I think it was dead according to the troubleshooting guide.
I replaced the series controller with a SR48500 controller that I ordered several months ago. Previously, when the cart failed, it would still try to move slightly. In fact, I pushed it home by having my kid hold the accelerator down which provided just enough power to move it while I pushed it. With the SR controller installed, the LED on the controller is not lighting, so I assume it's not getting power? I have a good connection between the B- terminal straight to the battery pack, and the small red wire going to the solenoid and the control has full battery voltage when I turn the key and press the accelerator. I haven't tried disconnecting the motor to see if it would power up with out the motor connected. I'll give that a try in just a few minutes, but do you guys have any other suggestions? |

Re: SR48500 controller troubleshooting
Never mind. I contacted alltrax and it seems like the controller is bad.
