Default EZGO electric maintenance guidelines?

I'm familiar with battery maintenance, but a search didn't yield anything about other scheduled maintenance items. I found an article here and there that mentioned a thing or two, but no 'here are the 10 things you need to do yearly' type of thing such as diff fluid change etc.

Diff fluid change whenever you buy a cart & then every 5 years. Check water levels every 4-6 weeks until you establish a use/refill pattern you can rely upon. Clean battery terminals every 6 months or as needed. Check battery terminal nuts are snug tight, require 10-15 ft pds max.
More torque is dammaging not better. Inspect all connections. Insure all components are secure and connections clean and tight.
Look for wires that are rubbing on hard objects or terminals they are not supposed to contact.
Most of this is just common sense, there really is not a lot that needs to be done. Just keep the water levels correct, the charge level up, and the connections clean & tight.
