Default 1995 Medalist engages but will not move

36 volt Series At times cart will engage when pedal is pushed but will not move. Sometimes it will move. Happens both forward and reverse. By engaging I mean it will try to move but does not. When she runs she runs great, problem is happening more and more. Micro switch, solenoid or? I did replace controller. Could it be the box under the accelerator?
Batteries are new fully charged, cart sat for years unused, it's my my rebuild project.

When you press the pedal, does the solenoid click?

If it does, the problem is in the high current circuit and the most likely suspect is the F/R switch.

High Current circuit in the f/r switch. What is the coil for that is located on the top of f/r switch? Also put old controller back on cart since changing it out did not work, was same controller model.

Check for power from solenoid to controller when in failure mode. Just because it clicks, doesn't mean it works, might not be contacting. If that's good, then likely bad f&r.

There isn't a coil on top of the F/R switch, unless someone other than EZGO put one there, or what is there isn't a coil. Please post a picture of F/R assembly showing the object you are referring to.

Just to verify, does the solenoid click when cart is misbehaving?

Dumb me, the round deal on top of the f/r switch is the buzzer, As far as the no go problem, I should have known. Cart sat for about 7 years, found spider residue in the micro switch mounted on the f/r switch. Cleaned out the spider webs, she now runs fine. Thanks guys for all your help!
