Default 42v ezgo pds upgraded losing voltage

So out of the blue my cart has started rapidly losing voltage. It will accept a full charge but after only 20 or 30 minutes of driving my voltage meter is dropping down to the 36v range while depressing the accelerator. I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you put a DVM on each battery while you drive it to see if you have a bad battery?

I haven't because I really don't have a way to do that. I have a DVM but no clips to attach the leads. I did just pull all cables so I could clean everything. After cleaning I checked all of the batteries individually and 2 of the 7 are reading 6.4 and the rest are at 6.6 or a little lower. I guess I knew my batteries were getting old but it just happened all of a sudden. I was getting roughly 16 to 18 mile trips just a couple weeks ago and now I'm getting very short trips.
