I'm in the market for a set of 8 bolt batteries. Are Trojan batteries still the best???

Re: Best batteries
It's a matter of opinion, Trojan, crown, interstate seem to be the highest rated ones. Trojan makes 3, 8 volt batteries. T-875, T-890, Ranger 160. Shop around battery prices are different from each dealer.

Re: Best batteries
I agree, it's opinion and part luck sometimes regarding duration. I find that Deka pro master batteries are a quality brand too. They are from the American battery factory. we use them regularly where I work.

Re: Best batteries
I got 9 years out of my bought used Exides. I replaced them with T105s in 2011, and still am rocking good.
I give credit to my DPI charger. |
