Back at it! wiring
I finally got caught up at work and have some time to work on my 98 TXT.
Installed new controller box ...and heat plat and tray, but after it set for 9 month I for got where all the wires go.. I have 2 small red ones and one black small one that go to the solenoid but unsure where? both red on same or is the black a ground? can someone help me out on this one.. I've looked on line but noting about color of wires was found |

Re: Back at it! wiring
I'm pretty sure the 2 small reds are both solenoid positives small post, and the small black is solenoid negative small post.

Do they all have the small ring terminal ends?

Re: Back at it! wiring
I'm pretty sure that's right then. One red comes from the activation circuit, and the other should go to the controller to power it up. The black is the solenoid negative.
