Default Rear diff help

I'm in desperate need of a spider gear for my Dana rear diff. I have all new bearings and seals on the way but can't seem to find a replacement gear. Anyone know where I can get one or have an old rear diff laying around that they would sell the gear out of?

I am far from an expert, but am in the middle of a differential tear down as we speak. At least one of the Dana repair manuals I have seen stated that:

NOTE
Do not remove bearings from differential-carrier. The differential-carrier is replaced as a single unit. No disassembly of the clutch is required.

and also:

Because some mating parts with wear surfaces were machined together when the transaxle was manufactured, or have established wear patterns during operation, the reassembly of transaxle parts in their original positions and orientations with their original mating parts is critical to the performance and life expectancy of the transaxle.

Those documents can be found in this thread, post #9 by JohnnieB

Don't give up yet. Lots of guys here have used parts laying around or are willing to part with used parts for a reasonable fee. Someone may have a whole differential carrier they are willing to sell.

I believe I have an open carrier I can spare.

No worries. I finally heard back from a local person after waiting a week. Do I have it here local. Thank you anyway. If it falls through I'll let you know.

Can anyone tell me the tooth count on the stock gears as apprised to the high speed ones?
And, is the one that bolts to the center section changed when doing a high speed gear swap? I'm a little confused and can't seem to find any info on this. I acquired a rear to fix mine, which supposedly has a high speed gear, but the ring gear has the same amount of teeth as mine.

Here is a little list I made up when I was trying to do a "junk yard gear upgrade" on my marathon axle.
IN = input shaft teeth count
I DRIVE = intermediate shaft drive gear teeth count (touches input shaft)
I DRIVEN = intermediate shaft driven gear teeth count (touches ring gear)
RING = ring gear teeth count

If you have a 22 tooth input shaft & want to fill in my blanks for me that would be nice too.
I ended up using a Rxv intermediate shaft & ring gear (RING & IDRIVEN) & with marathon IN & IDRIVE, got something like 13.7:1, can't remember exactly. Anyone wants to add gear tooth count numbers, that's great, make my list bigger.
