EZGO Freedom RXV - Wiring diagram needed

Hi all,

We need the complete wiring diagram of a EZGO Freedom RXV that is actually not working. If anybody there could send us this doc, it will be really appreciated :).

I already found a link in that forum (very helpful) but without showing the charger/battery connection... This is what I am missing.

I have a 48v/4-12 volt battery system.

The charger is a QuiQ delta-Q 912-4800. 2 wires black and white are connected to 0V battery. 1 Red wire is connected to +48V of the batteries, and it remains a Green wire... where to connect this one ? On the +48V of the battery?

Hmm, don't recall any white wires on the batteries on a Rxv, nor green wires. Could you post a picture.

Certainly not something I've seen on a factory cart. Must be something added.

I have seen quite a few times, when using that exact on board charger, that the green wire is left unused, just capped off.

However i have never seen an rxv with an on board charger before.

Are you adding this charger to this cart? Or has this charger previously been installed and working on this cart before?
