Default 1995 ezgo electric wiring

I have a 1995 Ezgo electric that I need help with the wiring. There were no batteries when I got it. All the wires on the motor were disconnected also. it seems to me that the controller and solenoid are still wired. Could someone help me putting all the wires back to where they need to go. Thank you for your help.

Need to know if it is a Series Drive or DCS.

Does the plug on top of controller have 6 Pins or 10 pins?

I hope this might help, but I will check tomorrow and count the pins.

That is a DCS controller.

Since it is a 1995 (first production year) in might have the F/R switch shown in attachments 1 & 2 and attachment-3 is the schematic for it.

If it late 1995 production, it has the F/R shown in attachment-4 and the schematic for it is attachment-5

Looks like the attachments are not showing up in the order I attached them.

The F/R switch in a green cart is early one with a diode and the one in the red cart is the later version without the diode.

it looks like you are correct with the older version. My question cause I don't understand all of that pic, where does the wire coming from the motor A2 go. If you could also help me with any wires coming off the solenoid where should they go.
so far I got and correct me if I am wrong,
F1 off controller to S1 on motor
F2 off controller to S2 on motor
M- off controller to A1 on motor
B- off controller to Battery Neg.
I also have two wires coming from the group of wires from the battery charger with the f/r wires. I assume they go to the white positive and black neg?

Where does As from motor go to?
any wires coming from solenoid need to go anywhere like the batteries or any other place? I greatly appreciate all of your help!!!! Cant wait to get this cart running!!!! Thanks again!!!

1. Are you using "Older" to mean the early production version or the later production version.
It doesn't matter for anything except the F/R switch, all the other wiring is identical.

2. There are four studs on the solenoid, two large ones (high current contacts) and two small ones (Solenoid coil).

a. Large battery side stud. High current cable from battery pack's main positive terminal, plus small red wire to Run/Tow switch, plus small red wire to beeper.

b. Large controller side stud. Two high current cables, one to A2 on motor and the other to B+ terminal on controller.

c. Two small coil studs. Not polarized. Single blue wire going to controller Pin-7 on one and three wire on other, Yellow to controller Pin-6, Red to pedal switch and white/yellow to keyswitch.

3. You're correct.

4. White to battery packs main Positive terminal and black to battery pack's main negative terminal.

ok Johnnie, I put it all back together and nothing. Where is the best place to start. Sorry about all the question, but I am new to this. If you have time you can just give me a couple of things to check and I will see how they go. Thanks again!!!

The first thing is to get the solenoid to click when the pedal is pushed.

With charger disconnected from cart, Run/Tow switch is Run, F/R selector in F,keyswitch ON and pedal pushed, you should have full battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged) on Pins 5, 6, 9 & 10 on top of controller.

Note: When facing controller the pins are numbered L-R, 10 -> 1. (Blank space is Pin-8 )
