Default Voltage and Current on XCT Controller

Still having problems with new motor and controller. Xct 500 amp for DCS 36 to 48 volt upgrade hooked up the software with laptop. Software is showing no current and 2.1 volts when pedal depressed. Also has a warning down where it shows rpm and will not let me change it, It is showing 1000 rpms. This may be the problem but wont let me change it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Do you have a XCT48500-DCS controller?
What does the warning say?

With a XCT48500-DCS, there are no provisions for a speed sensor and the "Enable Speed Limit" box should not be checked.

On the monitor tab, are any of the error flag set?
