Default 2013 RXV won't move

2013 RXV ran fine and then just quit. The brake won't release to move it so its stuck in its tracks. I have a handheld and its showing no codes , the only thing out of place is the throttle is showing 0 volts when petal is pushed. Also the reverse buzzer is not working.

Is the reverse buzzer no longer any good or not getting power? Cart won't move unless reverse buzzer is working.

Check in the menus for "charger connected = NO", if "YES" cart no go. Something funny going on if no reverse buzzer.

Take the plastic controller cover loose from the body, flip it over, and check the fuses under the plastic caps. One 10A and one 7.5A, but you can use 10A for the 7.5A one. That 7.5A one is the motor brake fuse, the 10A is the one that feeds power to the keyswitch. Since the reverse buzzer is not sounding, motor brake power + or - is likely not there or there is an open circuit in the motor brake circuit. Also, try unplugging/replugging your main controller connecter a few times to wipe the connections. Put in tow mode first.

Okay I have a little more info now. The reverse buzzer is working. I pulled the cover and didn't find any fuses? I followed the no power instructions under the cover to release the brake it clicked but didn't move. Now I'm getting the HPD/ sequencing fault?

Pull the acc pedal back, HPD is high pedal disable, IE if the pedal is pressed in a little when the key is on, it's a lockout feature. The pedal maybe a little pressed down.

In addition, clean and lubricate the pivot pins and bearing blocks on both pedals so the move easy and smoothly.

Haven't had much time to work on the cart I did try pulling up on the pedal before turning the key on and that didn't work. So today I plan on pulling the matt up and getting a closer look at everything.

Now it's just throwing the "stall detected" code until I go to turn it off and it throws the HPD one again. I cleaned everything and it appears to be working correctly.

when the cart is turned on and you hit the accelerator you can hear what sounds like something turning and then everything quits and the stall code appears
