Battery Age/Hi There
Well, here is the obligatory hello post: Hi there!
Now for a question of course: I just got a '97 EZ GO TXT (and it does run), and I was wondering if someone could help me determine the battery age. They are Trojans and they have E7 stamped on the post. I'm guessing that they are '97s, but maybe I lucked out and they are only 2 years old. I haven't given it a full out run yet, but I ran it about half a mile with no problems. My first cart, so I'm sure I'll be racking up the questions. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks! |

Re: Battery Age/Hi There
E7 = May ---7. You pick the decade!
I never thought I would ever need to decide a decade for battery age! Do they have the speed caps (3 in 1 cap) or individually capped cells? Not that I really know if it helps, but just curious... |

Re: Battery Age/Hi There
Being new to this, I'm not sure what a 3 in 1 cap is... They look pretty similar to car battery terminals... I did notice that they seem to have V12D7 stamped in the plastic on top. Not sure if that means anything..
