Default 2004 TXT has a solenoid click but cart doesn't move..

Cart has 36.7 volts currently and here's what I've tested so far:

*I have .3V with the pedal pressed and when I let off it shoots up to 6.0V then gradually works it way back to zero between B+ and controller M-
* I have 28.6V between B- to the red wire on the backside of the 4 pin connector harness and that's where I'm stumped.. I thought you're suppose to get full pack voltage right there..

Could this be a problem with the F/R assembly? Also are there many problems with the pedal box wire harness and if so where is a good place to get those? thanks in advance

Charge the pack. 36v is empty. There is a 4 pin connector between the pedal box and the controller.
You may want to replace the connector with 4 crimp connectors. It is a notorious trouble spot.

With the cart in gear and pedal pressed down, the solenoid should click and you should have power (battery pack + voltage) at each end of all the red lines on this diagram

Also looks like you ITS is out of range. that could be a problem

Yeah I'm only getting 28.6 out of each end of the RED WIRES. Could this be a result of a poor connection in the F/R switch assembly?? Also how did you get that my ITS is out of range?

Upon further inspection and testing it was a bad controller and some loose wire connections..Cart is up and running Hallelujah!
