Default New Upgrade - Solenoid Clicks

1998 EXGO TXT Series
Just finished installing a new upgrade package from Scotty.
SR48500, SW202, 2 ga. cables. Solenoid clicks, no movement to
the wheels. 37.5 volts on the new meter and checked with a DVM.
Checked and rechecked all wiring and wire connections.
Any ideas? Scotty is out until Tuesday.

I had same thing and was getting error. Called alltrax and jumped solenoid and got movement. Turns out solenoid was not moving power between posts

Or I'll say this. I believe it's backwards. Hooked mine up and pos and neg wiring completely separate

4 ga wire between the big posts. I also used a big amp switch just temporarily to move the cart so I could cut off the jumper

You can do it either way. I did the opposite but as long as diode matches up with pos and neg you are good. Forgot it can be wired either way. Your way is right
