Default 2006 36V Series quit moving 1/2 mile from home

My 2006 36v series TXT quit moving about 1/2 mile from my house. Everything was going great, i stopped at the local marina to grab me beer for the afternoon, made it to the stop sign about 300 yds away from the store and she wouldn't cross the street. The cart had a full charge, but let me say I do not currently own a DVM, so i assume it had a full charge based on my charger not running. While the cart was down this weekend i went ahead and also installed my new SW182 F&R switch, which didnt fix the issue.

I will say, when the key is turned on and the throttle engaged i can hear the solenoid click (quite loud might i add).

I am going to pick up a DVM this afternoon but due to work schedule, i will not be able to look into this matter until the weekend.

Any and all help is appreciated. All questions are welcomed.

There is a 4 pin Molex plug that is located between the controller and FNR. It does two things; connects to the microswitch, which is good since your solenoid is clicking. The other thing it does is connect the ITS from the throttle box to the wiring harness, which goes back to your controller. Unplug and replug this several times. If the controller doesn't get s throttle signal from the ITS, it won't know you're telling it to go.

Much more, but I gotta run.

Okay, not sure what the unplugging/plugging is supposed to do but it didn't make the cart go. All help is appreciated.

It is the most connector prone to corrosion. Go to the Stickies and go to the troubleshooting post.

The good news is your solenoid is clicking, so you don't have to deal with that circuit. You should focus on the high amperage system, which includes batteries, controller, FNR, solenoid, motor, and every cable and termination.
