97 36 volt resistor cart barely moves
I'm not as proficient as I need to be in these resistor carts. I'm working on one that will only move about an inch or so. Batteries check good at 38.2 and only drop to 37 at full throttle. I'm getting power through the solenoid, but I don't get bit like 6 or 8 volts on the last resistor at wide open throttle. Shouldn't it be pack voltage? I want to think v glide, but nothing looks burnt or anything. What are some other test to confirm v glide? Any other things I can check?
