Help/Advice 4" lift kit
I am putting a 4" lift kit, the economy version from Buggies Unlimited, on my '90 Marathon 36v.
Everything has gone well, EXCEPT, the shocks just seem as though they are at a very odd angle. You expect them to be more lined up with the top and bottom brackets, however, no matter how I turn the bottom shock extensions, the angle just seems off. Is this the norm? Is this something peculiar to be concerned with. I will get a picture this weekend when I work to re-mount the shocks. I had taken everything apart to make sure I had it perfectly lined up. Anyone every deal with this?? Thank you in advance. |

Re: Help/Advice 4" lift kit
Most members don't/won't deal with BU. They're frowned upon here.
Post your pics, you'll probably get some help... |

Crap, I wish I would have known this before I ordered from them, looks like they are already giving me the run around on my wheels and tires being shipped separate from the rest of my order

Re: Help/Advice 4" lift kit
Did anyone have issues getting the rear shocks to go through the shock mount extensions? Only way it would fit was to loosen the top of the shock and leave the bottom grommet off...
