Default Lights???

Going to disney the end of march and was told to drive at night the cart has to have lights.

I was thinking about adding a 12 volt battery and a set of those oval driving lights for the front, but what do you guys suggest about the rear lights?

You could either buy some cut in lights or for something really inexpensive, go to a truck stop and buy some small LED clearance lights and mount them on the rear of the cart. Unless you are needing brake/turn/running lights, some single function LED's would be quick, cheap and easy. They wouldnt need to be LED, regular filament bulbs would work too, but they would pull more current.

If it is just temporary for the trip you could use something like this in the rear of the cart. I found it on Northern Tool. Not sure if any of our site sponsors might have something similar.

I am going to get a set of the little oval driving lamps for the front and my RV dealer has a set of small red surface mount running lights I will put on the rear.

If you live near a Flying J truck stop; they have great LED lights that are surface mount. Very bright and small. About 2" long and 1" wide. They come in amber and red. A four pack is $20.00. I have 15 of them on my cart. I used them for markers, brakes and taillights.
