Yes the controller may not be getting a good throttle signal

sorry for the late response . Wife took a fall, broke shoulder and arm. So I have been the nurse for awhile. All that being said, it has a good signal. I will replace controller.

Thanks all
Sonny

Thanks for asking about my wife. She is doing much better.
Now back to the cart. Can a DCS controller work/ not work. I have this one, that part of the time it will work till it gets hot or the wires going from controller to motor gets hot. Then solenoid will not click. Let it cool for some time and the solenoid will click again and cart will run. when I checked M- to B- the voltage will not go all the way to 0 when peddle pushed. When it's hot the solenoid will not click. I still think it's the controller.Just don't understand this operation of the controller. But It's an DCS.

Thanks
Sonny

Years ago I had a cart with a similar problem. It was intermittent solenoid activation. New controller fix it.
