1989 Marathon Electric cart jerking on take off
I just purchased a 1989 ez Go Marathon electric golf cart and installed a new set of batteries.The cart appears to jerk forward or in reverse when you first hit the gas than it runs smooth it is just at take off.
Any other Matothon owners have this problem? Thank You |

Sounds like the ITS plunger is already partially in the ITS when the throttle microswitch closes. Download the Repair manual and it tells you how to adjust. There are several things that may need adjusting, but follow the manual.
