How do I found out what type of motor is in my 99 txt? It has the forward and reverse lever if that helps. Thanks,

The chart posted is for TXT body style carts that had ITS type throttles.
The Medalist body style carts (1993 - 1999) had an ITS throttle system an either a series drive (Curtis 1206 controller) or a Sepex drive (called DCS and had a 1206SX controller)
The Marathon body style carts (19756-1993) were all series drives and either had a resistor type speed control system or an electronic speed controller (Curtis 1204 typically) with a pot-box type throttle.
