The 1260 batteries were the smaller amp hour wise of the Trojans used in an RXV. The T1275 were the larger ones. If you have to replace them anyway I would convert the cart over to using 6 8 volts. Much better run time. You can modify the tray to hold them or just buy the replacement tray to make it easier.

Thank you. Doesn't 2 and half years seem short?

Very short for Trojans. I am using a set of 6v Trojans from March 2011 in a TXT, and they are as strong as when they were new. Seriously.

Maybe your charger isn’t shutting off or charging correctly?

Yes I'm looking at that now. My charger won't come on. They might be too dead.
Does anyone know how I can charge each battery individually with my car charger? Do I have to unwire the batteries?

You shouldn’t have to un wire the batteries from each other. If they are 12 V batteries, you can use your car charger on each one individually until the pack voltage is enough to make your charger turn on.

Ok. Great. Thank you. So just hook the charger straight up to each battery. I will go do that right now. Thank you.

1275 plus trojans with the straight line holes for RXV, if you are getting new batteries.
