3 wheeled ezgo
Im gettin a three wheeled ezgo next week does anybody know of good cheap ways to make it go any faster?

48 volts and an EMP motor. When I had my 3 wheeler the only motor available was the stock one at $500. I sent the motor to EMP and they reworked it for less than half of new and had more power and speed.

Could i run 48 volts with everything stock except 4g or bigger wires. also how would i change the rear oil and what weight oil?

A 3 wheeler should be resistor cart so yes.....the solenoid may not last long though. I have used some 36 volt solenoids on 48 volts and they last a while....while others dont last a few days. I would at least try and get a 48 volt solenoid.
As far as the rear end oil.....I'm not sure on that cart. Depends on the rear end. I used a full synthetic gear oil in the last one I changed. Seems to be a little quieter. |

Whats a part number for a good 48 volt solonoid my dad can get parts for free at his work but as soon as the cart comes home nothings free i need to know part number and for what make model of a cart

also did anyone lock the diff in there cart? does it hold up i use my cart offroading and on the street

I've heard of welding the spider gears. I don't have any personal experience as to how it holds up though.

If you lock the dif on a 3 wheeler you will never be able to turn it.

At my house now all the battery cables are 4g already, but the resistors were broke and the wiper board needs a couple things , my dad got an extra resistor, fwd/rev switch, where would i find the vin number on it and how do i figure out the year? ill get pics friday.

The serial should be on a tag under the seat on the driver side...on top of the fenderwell.
