Use one that displays the voltage as numbers. The bar graphs are very much not what you need as they are inherently inaccurate and imprecise.

Are LED voltmeters rated to read up to a certain voltage? ie will any LED voltmeter work on a 48v cart?
Thanks

if you are talking about the dash mounted volt meter....then YES as I just upgraded my 36v cart to 48v and the LCD Voltmeter still works like a champ. and think about it.....when charging, (some people hook them up to read all the time) the meter will go upwards of 60v.....so there is no problem.

thank you, exactly what i was asking also. some say 24v/36v/48v and have a limit on them for how high they can go. I didn't know if that played into accuracy as well.

Depends on the source, ScottyBs meter will handle it just fine. The "China express" is anyone's bet...

My LED digital battery meters will safely read way above anything your golf cart will show
