Finally Got Pictures Taken Of My RXV
Installed the voltage reducer (Thanks, Bob!)
and have completed wiring on the soundbar, sub, USB charger (fits perfect in the plug that would normally be used on a gas cart), and underbody lights. I feel like I've got the modding bug. What sort of improvements can I make to maximize range? I know its a double-edged sword with the audio additions. But would changing the controller/etc. improve the range? I've got a little bit of a side to side wobble as well, but I'm going to try checking tire pressures first before going to the next step. |

Where did you get seat covers from? did you powder coat the roof frame and supports?

Re: Finally Got Pictures Taken Of My RXV
I actually had a local guy here in SC make them.
The roof is stock. It just has a metal band. I can find out the make and mfg. same with the support. We matte black painted wherever we could. Some is gloss though. |

Re: Finally Got Pictures Taken Of My RXV
Only thing that bugs me is the front lights have two small circular parts which I believe are blinkers or high beams. I can’t seem to get them to work. The rear tail blinker aspect works. Not the fronts

Re: Finally Got Pictures Taken Of My RXV
The only two things to do to increase range is 1- keep your foot out of the go pedal. 2- if you have 4x 12v batteries, swap to the 6x 8v tray and get the highest AH batteries you can get.

Re: Finally Got Pictures Taken Of My RXV
whats your expectation/usage around increasing range? I love my RXV, but I don't want to sit on my cart and do 20+ miles! I can drive mine like a screaming banshee on and off road in hard conditions and come home and I'm still at 80%.
I don't go anywhere on road under 20 mph. and PS, your cart looks pretty sweet! |

Re: Finally Got Pictures Taken Of My RXV
I have been getting information from the board which is great, sometime I like to actually talk to someone in person.
