Before trying to "make" it run you need to fix every terminal in that wiring.
Those types of wrap around bare wire no terminal connections are just asking for trouble
and possible fire or battery explosion due to arcing and heat buildup.

thank you for your answer. I know, I will do that but I need some wiring instructions, few things.
I have W , U , V , B+, B- on controller.
I have A1, A2, F1, F2 on motor. (and 3 pin sensor output)
I connected controller this way: B+ to solenoid (other side of solenoid to battery B+), B- to battery. I dont know correct wiring of controller to this motor. I need answer like: W to A1 , U to A2, V to F1 and where must go the F2 from motor.
can you tell me please if you know. I will be very grateful. Thank you very much.

You have an AC controller (3 phase output) and a DC motor (Sepex type)

Basically, you have a 2008 RXV cart and trying to wire in a TXT-48V motor.

If you are lucky, it simply won't work. If your aren't, you will have a fire, or worse.

Please post some info on the controller make and model number if you can.
Need to understand what you have.

Thanks JohnnieB. The W, U and V were indicating AC controller but I was not sure.

Personally, I'd part it out and try to recover some of the original investment instead of throwing good money after bad.

The RXV doesn't have mechanical brakes, so if you get a controller that will run the motor you have, you won't have brakes. (You will have some regen braking, but not enough to completely stop the cart)

That appears to be a Danaher controller, which was soon replaced by a Curtis AC controller, so you might need a controller as well as a motor. Also looks like you would need a complete wiring harness and you mentioned some missing RXV parts.

buggiesunlimitedcom/golf-cart/e-z-go-rxv-electric-controller-resistor-mount-switch-(fits-2008-up)/8323
