BadBoy Ambush IS Controller problem

so i recently bought a new old stock 2014 Ambush Is, and within a week i started having problems, Brought it to the dealer and he found that the first battery was installed backwards and the red wire that leads to the from bank of batteries was off, anyways after that the ambush ran reasonably with a few hiccups< so i replaced all 6 batteries with new Trojans and it worked until i plugged my charger in( which wouldn't start charging!) brought it back again and it was a corroded negative terminal off the charging plug to the isolated ground( no big deal to fix) after 1 initial charge my electric drive will not work, gas works fine and all lights turn on in dash but when the accelerator is depressed i get nothing. I read the codes from the controller and compared them to the service manual that i attained and the code 1-4 precharge Failed-Capacitor bank failed to charge at KSI voltage.
Its at the dealer now waiting to be looked at and they figure it might need a controller replacement, I've tested the solenoid and there is juice to all 3 of the leads on top which as per the manual it apparently is welded, so i swapped a new solonoid and i get the same results
+50.4 v on all 3 terminals and ground on the back one.
2 more things to note is that when i depress the accelerator while testing the solenoid ground it goes to a negative voltage reading and when i disconnect the negative on the last battery i get a pretty good spark.
I've tried to be as descriptive as i can so hopefully someone reads this with similar issues that can help me

Well, I have had trouble with my rear controller on my 48 volt Bad Biy Buggy. I may have found a solution to the problem if you wouldnlike to give me some information about your problem and what you have tried to do to fix it.
