Default Wheres Waldo Wiring Diagram 92' Marathon

Gentlemen' ...........Start your Engines or Turn the Key On (which ever)...

Newbie Here
.
New cart to me and the guy had everything under the Sun on it .
Power Invertor , LED colored Circus Lights all Around , cigarette lighter, Plus all the standard lighting and 50 wires going every witch way , i could not trace anything to anything , So i cut the wires to everything but life support ..going to start over and just run headlights and taillights .
.
But, None of the wiring diagrams here match what he had going on ... the Pic's below are what is wired up now ,and if they are ok as is now , even if its not to spec', I'm fine just leaving it the way it is . NOTE : The Motor is a GE 4hp not the standard motor !!! . Thinking thats why the wiring doesn't match anything I'v found here .

Motor - G.E. / mod 5BC48JB1061 / HP4 / Amp 102

Controller - Curtis pmc 1204-027 / 275a / 24-36v

Solenoid ?

F-R Switch ?

also asking because I'm tracking down the " slow in forward / great in reverse problem i keep seeing here' Thanks.. to all the helpful threads posted here ! More questions on that later after the batt's I'm Sure.

2 Batteries are at 6.1 / Total Batt pack reads +37.2 (after 12 hrs) so starting there with all new batt's soon , after i trust what he has wired up now !

and if two different questions on same thread is ok ? ,I keep reading Frame should not be part of ground circuit ? when I ground to frame with (black wire of tester) to (end of pack Negative post ) I get (minus) -36.6v / and / with (red wire of tester) to (beginning of pack Possitive post ) I get +1.89 (again) using frame for ground ! ... .is This Normal ?

But ,of course (black wire of tester to Neg' /red wire to Pos') Total Batt pack reads +37.2 (after 12 hrs) / ....All Good there right, as far as correct wiring ?
..
Please keep it simple , not a wiring Wiz (i'm sure my questions are proof of that ! )

NO
remove all wires from main negative .. leave the charger port negative,
the b- of the controller and the negative for reverse buzzer

Firsts things first , Sorry Ladies

,
keep the Power Inverter you will need it for lights (if it is working) /// Was thinking it was my Frame ground problem some how , will do another post if still having same problem after hooking it back up / Pic' below / Red power in wire went to Ing' Switch on lug , Yellow to fuse panel , Black wire to main NEG' ground ,not listed at your (( remove all wires from main negative .. leave the charger port negative, the b- of the controller and the negative for reverse buzzer )) thinking because we weren't taking about it being hooked up at that point ?

That is a Great Revision with Colored Lines and Lettering ( talk about keeping it simple )

Everything working great now , Again many thanks to you and everyone here .
I got brave and gutted the whole compartment, to clean the batterie mounts and re-paint everything ... and put a new Pot' and F-R switch that came with the sale . and re-wired the whole thing.
.
Easy for most of you here I'm sure, But i cant even figure out the settings on my Toaster
.
.
Now going to try to do Voltage Reducer and headlights / taillights .
