72V Freedom TXT

Has anyone here worked with one of these before? They seem fairly new. I have a controller from one that I am looking over and I've noticed a few oddities.

It seems to operate in freedom mode despite having freedom enable value set to "Off" Going to try with an actual motor to see if it cuts back despite showing a higher RPM allowance.

I’ve looked over one, as there are a couple in my neighborhood. It said freedom on the cart. I didn’t get a chance to plug into it though. It does have a 2 speed switch on the dash. I was told, but didn’t verify, the speed settings were 12mph on low and 19mph

I own one of these and I love it, goes 30 mph straight from factory in rabbit mode

It looks like the set points are the usual 14.8 and 19.5 for the two modes but freedom was allowing up to 25 - 7,007 RPM. So for some reason then it just shows freedom being disabled. Anyone have a wiring diagram? I am scouring the internet but nothing so far.

The turtle/rabbit switch is wired to the controller, similar to the 2Five. I verified the part number for the turtle/rabbit switch is identical. E-Z-GO part # 609380. I placed an order for 2 of them today since they are on a 3 month backorder schedule. You have to look it up under the Redesigned TXT, as it is a dealer-only part number for the 2Five. You might want to order a few while they are available and on sale. I have a few 2Five harnesses here that were in need of the switches.
