Default Dana axle coupling

I am well into a scratch built project using the Dana rear axle from a textron electric cart, it was bought for parts, missing the motor and body was junk. I have the axle flipped (reversing rotation) for operation with a gas engine, gear ratio figured out, and cut down for width of the new purpose replacing the spline drive brake drum hubs with four bolt flange hubs direct to the axle shafts, (brakes will be different) suspension is a four link configuration with air bags. Current difficulty is the input shaft at the pinion, I need a 10 spline coupler to mate with it (that was part of the motor I dont have as far as I can tell) Just need the 10 spline sleeve portion so I can connect to the drive shaft I have coming from the forward mounted engine and TAV, I can machine/weld/fabricate my way out of most problems, but cutting splines are kind of a specialty I dont have access to. The Dana axle is perfect in appearance for the theme of this unique project (normally Im putting Dana 60s into old Mopars) and appears very well built for the HP intended (especially after replacing the cast brake drum/hubs with steel hubs) I really want to use it if possible.

Hmm, Ezgo Dana axles never used a 10 spline input shaft. That 10 spline was a club car & early Yamaha thing, never on a Dana. Dana was a 19 spline input shaft. I guess you could prove me wrong, but never heard of 10 splines on a Dana. Is this on a transverse axle, or a longitudinal axle? Maybe it's a older one. (Much older).

Dana, is cast into in the alluminum center section and Spicer on the rubber fill plug, the outer splines at the hubs I believe are 19s cut so the splines come to a point, but the pinion is 3/4" O.D. with 10 splines cut square shouldered as pictured in the link from RIB33024 that may just work thanks
The electric motor was mounted longitudinal thats why It works for me having a forward mounted engine, this is set up like a 1/2 scale car with drive shaft and live axle.
I know the cart I took apart was an EZ go and very old, but couldnt find any more tags left to use to identify it better, not sure if its likely somebody swapped that rear end in there from something else?

thanks for the input, Im trying to learn something here, not win a debate, Ive got the axle cleaned up and cut down the motor face mount flange and preserved the seal, once I have the right spline coupler hopefully with correct O.D. to match thee seal, it will become part of the universal joint

Yep, it was the "much older" one I was thinking of.

I don't have the list. But it is in one of the old marathon manuals. The link I posted, that is for a club car rear end. 10 spline. I'm not sure it's the same as the ezgo rear end
