Default rxv leaf spring play?

replaced all the bushings for the leaf spring and the front bushings have a decent amount of play(side to side) dont seem right to me or am i wrong? old bushings are still in good shape and they have the same play also. anyone help?

You already covered this in your other thread.

As explained, there is slop caused by design changes. The original bushing design was for SAE hardware and metric hardware was used. You must use the bronze bushings mentioned in the other thread, then ream the insides with a drill bit to fit the SAE bolts. You will not resolve the play using new factory parts. I used Grade 8 bolts and nuts there.

Same problem applies... The bushings were designed for SAE bolts and E-Z-GO uses metric bolts and tubes. A lot easier to get at to fix.
