Default my introduction

My name is Tim, and I am the maintenance supervisor at our church. I have an EZGO X444 36V cart that is arcing like mad and burning up wires. Would like to know if your product would help. I hope this is not a technical question!

Tim, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives’, husbands, girlfriend’s and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Welcome tim ....

Just remember, one spark, and the batteries could become hydrogen gas bombs
.
using face protection i would remove the last end of line Negative cable from the battery pack. and not put it back on till we here can help you resolve the arcing issue ,,

post here using , reply / with as much information as you can about the arcing and cart information

Welcome Tim. This is technical enough to go in the Ezgo Electric section. See if you can find and post the manufacture code, which is not the serial #. And a pic of your cart would help also.
