Default EZGO TXTT with Good batteries, barely moves

I work mostly on Club Cars, but this EZGO has me stumped.

2001 EZGO TXT, totally stock, but upgraded wiring.

The batteries are brand new, checked with a voltage load tester. All wiring is correct to sttart suffer

The cart barely moves forward when the accelerator is pushed all the way down. The motor will heat up a little, but the cart doesn't move the way it should.

So my question is, "Should the M- terminal on the controller be at 20V when the pedal is floored?" It seems it should be 0V.

Since all other parts are new, I'd like to hear about someone else's experience with this problem.

Which drive do you have? Series, sepex?

The voltage between the B- and M- terminals on the controller ought to start at full battery pack voltage when the pedal is pushed just far enough to make the solenoid click and decrease to Zero Volts when pedal is on floor.

The only thing between those two terminals are the MOSFETs, which should be at 100% duty cycle with pedal on floor. Could be a bad throttle signal or a bad controller, but it might be something else depending on which type drive system (series or sepex)

Use the attached chart to identify drive type.
